Non-Member + AACB Membership Registration Offer - The Non-Member full registration fee now includes an AACB membership – a combined offer covering both your conference registration and a one-year AACB membership (valid from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026). AACB staff will be in touch after registration to provide details on how to complete the membership application process. * Student registration - to be eligible for the student rate, delegates must be a student member or if they are a non-member, be engaged in full time academic study, and provide a copy of their student card (must be sent to the secretariat at conference@aacb.asn.au).  A letter supporting their status from the head of their department may also be requested. 

^ Retired Members Day – The Conference Organising Committee are pleased to include a Retired Members Day complimentary to all retired AACB Members. This is on the day of the David Curnow Plenary Lecture. If Retired Members wish to attend the full conference, we are pleased to offer a discounted retired registration fee as noted above. (Refer to entitlements below)

** Workplace Shared Registration: This registration is under the organisations name.  This does not include the Conference Dinner, or program book. One staff member per day can attend under this registration. Names of staff attending must be provided prior to attending onsite. A maximum of 4 workplace shared registrations apply per organisation.  NOTE: Attendance Certificates are not available under this registration type. It is up to the individual group members to keep track and manually record their hours.

Note: Day Registrations do not include social functions. Retired and Student registrations do not include the Conference Dinner.  Sponsor/Exhibitor Additional Registration does not include the Conference Dinner. Additional costs apply. The Conference Registration fee does not include the Satellite Meeting. This is an additional cost.
