AACB Annual Scientific Conference
Travelling Scholarships

Up to 3 Travelling Scholarships (across three categories) will be available to AACB members to attend the AACB 62nd Annual Scientific Conference in Auckland, NZ.

CATEGORIES:

• Australian / Overseas Member Scholarships: for members from Australia & overseas.
• NZ Member Scholarships: for members who work in NZ.
• Early Career Scholarships (<10 years) (for members in Aust/OS/NZ)

The Scholarship will include a full registration to the Annual Scientific Meeting, four nights accommodation and a discounted return economy airfare to Auckland (accommodation and airfare will be booked by AACB).  If recipients are based in the Auckland region, a full registration will be provided.

Eligibility:
The applicant must be a financial member of AACB for 24 months or more from the closing date of 1 Aug 2025 (ie. member since 1 Aug 2023).

Favourable consideration will be given to members who submit an oral or poster abstract for the meeting (abstract submissions close 1 July 2025).

Successful applicants must provide a report to the Editor of the Clinical Biochemist Newsletter for inclusion in the next Issue post conference.

The AACB reserves the right not to grant a scholarship if recipients do not meeting the criteria.

Scholarships are open to AACB members only who have been a member for 2 years or more at the time of application.
