Oral & Poster Sessions

Oral Presentations

Accepted Oral presentations run concurrently for 90min, with each session consisting of 6 speakers. Each speaker will be allocated 10 min of presentation plus approximately 3-4 minutes of question and answer time. Time has also been allocated for the chairperson’s introduction for each presenter and presenters change over.

Posters

Accepted Posters will be on display over all days of the Conference. Delegates will be invited to view the Posters and talk to the authors during the lunch breaks. All presenters are required to attend and be at their poster on their designated day (details will be provided once abstracts are accepted).

QR Code – poster presenters are also encouraged to include a QR code on their poster for delegates to scan to receive more information. There are a number of QR generators available on the internet.

Hot Topic Posters Breakfast & Session

Authors of selected top posters will also be invited to make a short PowerPoint presentation (max 5 slides) of 5 minutes in the 'Hot Topic Posters Session' on Tuesday morning. These will run concurrently (providing 6 presentations each session) in the meeting rooms.

A light stand-up breakfast will be available before the sessions.
