Oral & Poster Awards

To acknowledge the diversity and volume of oral and poster presentations at the ASC each year, the AACB has updated its awards to expand the number of prizes, expressing gratitude to all participants and recognising more presenters.

AACB Oral Awards

AACB will be awarding oral prizes for the best oral presentation in each session.  Up to 3 prizes can be awarded.

Prize recipients receive an award certificate and AUD$500 as a cash prize. Prizes will be presented during the Closing Ceremony.

AACB Poster Awards

AACB will be awarding three poster prizes for the best posters.

Each prize recipient receives an award certificate and AUD$300 as a cash prize. Prizes will be presented during the Closing Ceremony.

AACB Hot Topics Poster Awards

AACB will be awarding Hot Topics Poster Prizes for the best Hot Topics Poster presentation in each session.  Up to 3 prizes can be awarded.

The prize recipients will receive an award certificate and cash to the value of AUD$300. Prizes will be presented during the Closing Ceremony.

Conditions of Awards: 

The abstract must be accepted for an oral, poster or Hot Topic Poster presentation, and the presenting author must be registered to attend, and paid in full, to be eligible for the prize awards.

The award is not available to the scientific program committee members, AACB Board or Advisory Council members, or members of the judging panel.
