Each display table includes 1 trestle table (1.8m long x 0.75m wide) & 2 chairs.
All material, including free standing banners, brochures, etc must stay within the display table space and is supplied by the sponsor/exhibitor.
It is the responsibility of each company to maintain insurance cover against injury to person or damage or loss of property in such amounts as the company shall deem appropriate. CCIA, Zero, the Organisers, or the Conference Secretariat AACB Services will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur to the company’s representatives or property from any cause whatsoever prior, during and subsequent to the exhibition. It is recommended you purchase insurance to cover your property during the exhibition.
Public Liability Insurance
It is a requirement that each Exhibitor has Public Liability Insurance with a minimum AUD$10 million cover. Due to our insurance and venue booking requirements, we require a copy of your CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY by 3 May 2024. Please upload a copy via your exhibitor link or email to lisa@aacb.asn.au.
Goods can be delivered up to two days prior to the event (from Mon 6 May 2024). Please use the delivery label below and attach to all goods being delivered to the venue. If you are using a courier to collect goods after the event, please use the same address on the label. Please organise goods to be collected on Friday between 8am-3pm from the loading dock.
Please note: Goods WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED by the Concierge desk. All goods MUST GO VIA THE LOADING DOCK as per the delivery label.
Wednesday 8 May from 0630-0830.
As displays and posters are in the main meeting room, setup must be done prior to the start of sessions, which start at 0845. If setup is not completed by 0830, sponsors must wait until the morning tea break to complete their setup.
Thursday 9 May from 1800.
As displays are in the main meeting room, sponsors should move-out after the last session from 1800. Goods should be left at the table and clearly labelled, ready to be collected from the loading dock on Friday 10 May. All goods will be moved to the loading dock for Friday pickup.
Each sponsor receives a profile in the Conference App and Virtual Portal.
A sponsor portal link has been emailed to you, which gives you access to upload a company profile, PDF brochures, URL links and Youtube/Vimeo video files onto your virtual booth.
