*Workplace Registration is under the organisations name. This registration can be shared between a maximum of 2 staff members, one person per day. Name badges will be under the organisations name, inclusive of 1x dinner ticket and 1x closing drinks ticket. Additional tickets must be purchased.   

^Student Registration applies to students undertaking honours/Masters/PhD studies at any tertiary institutions with an annual income of less than $45,000.

#In-Person Consumer Registration is for individuals who do volunteer work and/or research for affiliated organisations. This fee does not include the conference dinner or closing drinks.

##Virtual Consumer Registration is available to those who have a direct experience of living with cancer, or have children undergoing treatment. This is also available for individuals who do volunteer work and/or research for affiliated organisations.


Registration Entitlements

In-Person Full Registration includes:

  • entry to all sessions, including morning and afternoon teas and lunches both days.
  • name badge and conference app which includes program, speaker information and abstracts.
  • access to display stands and sponsors over the two days.
  • access to the Poster Sessions 
  • Conference Dinner ticket^ (Wed 8 May).
  • Closing Drinks ticket^ (Thurs 9 May)
  • access to on-demand recordings post meeting, until 31 Oct 2024.

^Note: the dinner and closing drinks is not included in the 'consumer registration' or 'additional sponsor registration'. Tickets can be purchased.
