A valid credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged immediately. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions and not by HGSA, AACB or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact InHouse Event solutions on the below details to request an invoice and/or credit card authority form.
