InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the HGSA 45th Annual Scientific Meeting.

On behalf of delegates attending the conference, various accommodation options have been negotiated on your behalf at a range of hotels and apartments.

The special rates listed will be open until 4 October 2022 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected Hotel and not by AACB, HGSA or InHouse Event Solutions.

Hotels have their own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

CANCELLATION: Should a guest wish to cancel their booking, DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront must be notified 28 days prior to the arrival date or 1 night’s cancellation charge will apply. Should a guest fail to arrive at the Hotel or if a room is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date (4pm) the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay. No shows - 100% of total accommodation per room will be charged. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions. PAYMENT: If a third party is paying for any accommodation costs and the Hotel has not received the correct paperwork and/or payment for an invoice sent by your arrival date you shall be asked to pay for accommodation prior to check in.
