CANCELLATION TERMS:

QT

Any bookings or individual night/s cancelled within 30 and 7 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 1 night of the accommodation total, charged by the hotel to the credit card on file.
Any bookings or individual night/s cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation total, charged by the hotel to the credit card on file.

Breakfree

Cancellations made between 17/3/2026 and 31/03/2026, and booking is for 3 nights or less, 1 night fee will be charged. If the booking is for 4 nights or more, 2 nights fee will be charged.
Cancellations made between 1/04/2026 and 15/04/2026, 100% of accommodation will be charged.
No shows - 100% of total accommodation per room will be charged.

All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions.
The credit card used to guarantee this reservation will be charged in the case of deposit payment, cancellation and/or non arrival at the Hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions.
The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay.
Guests will be asked to pay the full balance of accommodation upon check in and any incidentals will be charged upon check out.
Rates apply to single, twin and double occupancy per room, are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST.
All subsidiary charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice.
A surcharge applies to all card transactions.
If a third party is paying for your accommodation please ensure all correct paperwork and/or invoices have been returned/paid prior to check in.
If the Hotel has not received this information you will be asked to settle your accommodation costs upon arrival.
