InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the HGSA 49th Annual Scientific Meeting.
On behalf of attendees of the congress, special accommodation rates have been negotiated at a range of hotels and apartments all within close proximity of the meeting venue, Te Pae Convention Centre, Christchurch.
The special rates listed will be available until 30 June 2026 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel and not by AACB or InHouse Event Solutions.
Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

General accommodation Terms & Conditions
The hotel's individual cancellation and payment terms will be available on the booking page, and a copy will be in the accommodation confirmation emails.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee and hold any reservation and will not be charged immediately.
The credit card must expire after the date of the event.
Payment for accommodation is separate to the conference payment and will be charged by the Hotel as per the terms and not ALA or InHouse Event Solutions.
The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay.
Guests will be asked to pay for any incidentals upon checkout.
Invoices provided by hotels must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. After this, the credit card provided can either be used or the rooms will need to be cancelled.
Rates are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise).
Rates are applicable for up to two (2) guests (per bedroom). Please contact InHouse Events if you require additional guests/bedding.
All subsidiary charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice.
A surcharge applies to all card transactions.
Name changes are allowed.
Charges may apply to late checkouts.
