SIG Mixers
Friday 9 August OR Saturday 10 August - various venues
These are open to SIG Meeting registrants only.
- ASIEM will be holding their SIG Mixer on Friday 9 August (the evening prior to the SIG meeting) and will be held Mecca Bah Broadbeach from 1830. Included in SIG registration.
- ASDG will be holding their SIG Mixer on Saturday 10 August, from 1900, at The Broadbeach Tavern, Broadbeach.
- ASGC will be holding their SIG Mixer on Saturday 10 August, from 1900, at The Lucky Squire, Broadbeach.
- AACG will be holding their SIG DINNER on Saturday 10 August, from 1900, at Mecca Bah Broadbeach. 3 course banquet menu with 1 drink included. Tickets $75pp.
Poster Session
Sunday 11 August 2024, GCCEC, Exhibition Hall, 1735-1835
The Poster Session provides poster authors the opportunity to network and discuss their poster with delegates. Authors will be at their poster at designated times. Canapes and drinks are included. This is included in Full Registration.
Conference Gala Dinner
Monday 12 August 2024, Sea World Resort, 1800-2300
We have a unique dining experience planned at Sea World, where delegates can expect delicious food, lively entertainment, and a memorable atmosphere. It's sure to be an unforgettable evening for all who attend!
The dinner is included with full conference registration. Additional tickets are $150pp.
Buses depart GCCEC at 1800 for a 1830 start at SeaWorld....for a pre-dinner show!
