Oral & Poster Sessions

All presenters are required to register.

Top 12 Oral Presentations

The Top 12 Oral submissions will be held as concurrent sessions in the program (date/time to be confirmed). Presentations run for 15min which includes 2-3min for questions (eg. 12min presentation + 3min Q&A).

Both in-person and online submissions will be considered. If an online submission is chosen, a pre-recorded presentation must be provided (max. length 12minutes).

Oral SIG Presentations

Oral SIG presentations will be held over two days during the Conference. Presentations run for 15min which includes 2-3min for questions (eg. 12min presentation + 3min Q&A).

Both in-person and online submissions will be considered. Chosen online submissions will form the virtual program component. A pre-recorded presentation must be provided (max. length 12minutes).

Posters (in-person and online)

Onsite Posters will be on display from 1200 Sunday to 1330 Tuesday. A Poster session is scheduled for Sunday late afternoon. All presenters are required to attend and be at their poster at the designated times which will be advised after abstracts have been accepted. Posters must be on display for the three days of the meeting.

Onsite Posters:

Poster SizeMax. A1 portrait (594 wide x 841mm high) or no larger than AO portrait  (840 wide x 1180mm high).
Note: Board space is max. 1200mm high and 1800mm wide (fits max. 2 A0 Posters portrait).

Virtual Posters:

Virtual Poster presenters can provide a one-page Poster in PDF format (portrait or landscape).

Your Poster PDF  will be displayed in the Poster Gallery for delegates to view.  Delegates will also be able to access/download your abstract from the Poster Gallery, and make comments/ask questions in the 'discussion forum' alongside your poster.

Authors may also have the opportunity to discuss their poster in the e-poster sessions at designated times over the three days (times tbc). If you accept an e-poster session then the author must be available at the designated time for live discussion of their poster.

Access to all sessions will also be available on demand, to registered delegates, up to 1 March 2025.

Guidelines will be provided once authors have been notified.

Please note that all Virtual Presenters must register, to have their poster included in the meeting.
