We invite you to the HGSA Special Interest Group (SIG) Meetings being held in Melbourne, Victoria (& online) on the 17-18 November 2023 at the newly renovated Rydges Melbourne. 

This hybrid event is for members only and includes meetings for the following SIGs:

  • Australasian Association of Clinical Geneticists (AACG)
  • Australasian Society of Diagnostic Genomics (ASDG)
  • Australasian Society of Genetic Counsellors (ASGC)
  • Australasian Society for Inborn Errors of Metabolism (ASIEM)

This event will provide an opportunity for professionals in the genetics field to come together and share their knowledge and experiences. The SIG meetings will include presentations and discussions on a wide range of topics related to clinical genetics, diagnostic genomics, genetic counselling, and inborn errors of metabolism.

The AACG, ASDG & ASGC SIG's will run a two-day program over Friday and Saturday. ASIEM will hold workshops and committee meetings on Friday and their SIG meeting on Saturday. 

In addition to the informative sessions, there will be a joint networking SIG Mixer held on Friday evening on the Terrace at Rydges Melbourne.

This event provides an excellent opportunity for members to connect with colleagues from across Australia and beyond. Whether you attend in person or online, we hope that you'll join us for this exciting event.
