Information collected in respect of proposed participation in any aspect of the Annual Scientific Meeting will be only used for the purposes of planning and conduct of the meeting, and facilitating your event registration (for example, providing dietary requirements to venues, providing accommodation booking details to hotels) and may also be provided to the organising body for future associated events. Please view the full data consent policy here.

You retain the right to withdraw consent to use your personal data at any time. Please be aware that a withdrawal of consent before the start of this event will incur a full event cancellation and cancellation fees as noted in our terms and conditions. InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the HGSA 48th Annual Scientific Meeting 2025.

On behalf of attendees of the meeting, special accommodation rates have been negotiated at a range of hotels and apartments all within close proximity of the conference venue. The special rates listed will be open until 14th July 2025, or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel and not by HGSA, or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact InHouse Event solutions on the below details to request an invoice and/or credit card authority form. 

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.
