TARTARE DE BOEUF - Classic french beef tartare served with sourdough croutons
AUBERGINE - Salt and pepper eggplant, mustard creme fraiche and sundried tomatoes, scallions, pickled red onion
FRENCH ONION SOUP (gf) - Topped with croutons gruyere cheese
ESCARGOTS A LA BOURGUIGNONNE - Garlic and parsley snails baked in their shell
CHICKEN LIVER PARFAIT - Served with baguette croutons and cornichons
CREPE AU CREVETTE - Baked summer spice prawn crepe

BOUILLON DE POULET (gf) - Poached chicken supreme served in our bouillon, pearl couscous, leek, peas and tarragon
BOEUF BOURGUIGNON (gf) - Beef cheek ragout simmered in red wine served with sauteed seasonal vegetables

CANARD A L’ORANGE - Confit duck leg, carrot puree, charred brocolini and orange duck sauce
BAVETTE (gf) - Flank steak, French fries, maitre d’hotel butter and green salad.
BAKED CAMEMBERT - Served with sourdough and a walnut, pear salad

CREME BRULEE (gf) - Infused with vanilla bean
LE PUDDING - Rum and raisins croissant pudding, vanilla ice cream and orange caramel sauce
FAISSELLE - Fleurieu milk fresh cheese made in house served with macerated riesling strawberries
PROFITEROLE - Chou bun filled with chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce and hazelnut crumble
