InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the ASDG 2026 Interim Scientific Meeting.

Special rates have been negotiated on behalf of delegates at a range of hotel and apartments all within close proximity of the conference venue, the National Film and Sound Archives of Australia.

The special rates listed will be open until 13 March 2026 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by the hotel as per the terms and not by AACB, or InHouse Event Solutions. 

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.


How to Search 

Enter your required check-in and check-out dates below, click the search button and the hotel will appear showing the TOTAL AMOUNT for all nights.

It is possible to organise accommodation outside the dates provided in the drop-down menu. Choose dates, and after you have selected 'Book Room' you will be able to specify your required dates in the Special Requirements box. All special requests are subject to availability.

The hotel in the search option has been booked as part of a group block. All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing.

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made between 30 days (17 March 2026) and 14 days (31 March 2026), and booking is for 3 nights or less, 1 night fee will be charged. If the booking is for 4 nights or more, 2 nights fee will be charged. Cancellations made between 1 April 2026 and 15 April 2026, 100% of accommodation will be charged. For no shows, a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation total, charged by the hotel to the credit card on file. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions. PAYMENT POLICY Please provide a valid credit card to guarantee and hold your reservation. The credit card must expire after the date of the event. Reservations not guaranteed with a valid credit card are subject to cancellation. At approximately 14 days prior to your arrival (approximately 31 March 2026), the hotel will charge 100% of the accommodation total to the credit card on file. The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay. Guests will be asked to pay for any incidentals upon check out. Rates apply to single, twin and double occupancy per room, are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST. Rates are applicable for up to 2 guests. All subsidiary charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice. A surcharge applies to all card transactions. Name changes are allowed.
