Join us for the Australasian Society of Diagnostic Genomics (ASDG) 2026 Interim Scientific Meeting which will be held in Canberra, Ngunnawal Country, ACT, Australia from Friday 17 to 19 April.
With the theme of “Harmony, Diversity and Equity” the meeting will showcase current experts and emerging leaders of diagnostic genomics in Australasia. The program will run over three days, providing keynote presentations, a debate in Old Parliament House, opportunities for submitted oral presentations and posters, networking functions and an industry display.
This will be the fifth independent meeting of ASDG, a special interest group of the Human Genetics Society of Australasia (HGSA). The Society was formed by the merger of Australasian Society of Cytogeneticists (ASoC) and Molecular Genetics Society of Australasia (MGSA). The bi-annual conference is the preferred meeting for a significant number of genomic scientists from Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. The meeting is attended by senior scientists and laboratory managers, as well as junior scientists.
The meeting will be held at National Film & Sound Archive (NFSA) April 17 & 18 located in the heart of ANU, downtown Canberra. Sunday April 19 includes continued presentations plus a debate in the House of Representatives at Old Parliament House.
Social events include a welcome reception on Friday evening in the trade display at NFSA and a dinner on Saturday night, at the Australian National Museum.
