Just because we're holding an online meeting doesn’t mean you can’t meet up with your AACB colleagues and friends. Our online platform includes a dedicated Meeting Hub where conference participants can invite each other to connect, have live chat sessions, schedule one-on-one video conferences, and much more.

Start Making Connections

Our AACB Virtual Conference Meeting Hub is a great way to connect with other conference attendees. Use the left-hand menu to find another participant and invite them to become a “Connection”. Once the connection invitation has been accepted, you’ll be able to interact with that attendee in lots of different ways, including Live Chat sessions and one-on-one video Meetings.

Find Your Favorite Way to Chat

Once another conference attendee has been added to your “Connections”, there are lots of different ways you can interact with them. In the examples below, you can see the a Live Chat session option, and a live Call option, where you can use audio and video for your discussion. You can also take notes during your chat/call/meeting and export these to your email at the same time.

Schedule a Convenient Time to Meet

Meeting requests can also be scheduled to take place at a specific time that you and your Connection both have available.

The example below shows you the Meeting option where you can select a date, time and length of meeting. To help you remember this appointment, our online platform will automatically add any accepted meetings to your personal conference agenda.
