Welcome to the Sponsor-Exhibitor Registration form for the AACB 62nd Annual Scientific Conference. It is important to read all the information on the conference website before you commence. Please note all prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 15% goods and services tax (GST).

  • Please ensure you have read and understood the Registration Terms and Conditions as provided on the conference website.
  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (eg John Smith). 
  • Please use the 'Tab' key to move from one field to the next. 
  • As you complete the details on each page, click 'Next' to proceed to the next section. 
  • You will have the opportunity to review and edit any registration detail before the final stage of confirmation and payment.

  • We accept payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). 
  • Or you can request a Tax Invoice and pay via EFT (bank details are on the invoice).

Information collected in respect of proposed participation in any aspect of the Annual Scientific Conference will be only used for the purposes of planning and conduct of the meeting, and facilitating your event registration (for example, providing dietary requirements to venues, providing accommodation booking details to hotels) and may also be provided to the organising body for future associated events. Please view the full data consent policy here.

You retain the right to withdraw consent to use your personal data at any time. Please be aware that a withdrawal of consent before the start of this event will incur a full event cancellation and cancellation fees as noted in our terms and conditions. Conference Registration options include:

  • Full Registration - Sponsor: for sponsors who have a Full Registration included in your sponsor package. This includes all social functions.
  • Full Registration - Exhibitor: each exhibition booth receives 1 complimentary Exhibitor Registration. This does not include the conference dinner.
  • Full Registration - Additional Sponsor/Exhibitor: for additional staff attending above your complimentary registrations. This does not include the conference dinner.

We strongly recommend booking accommodation during the registration process as rooms at the special conference rate are limited. Select yes, if you wish to proceed with a reservation. InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the AACB 62nd Annual Scientific Conference 2025.

On behalf of attendees of the conference, special accommodation rates have been negotiated at a range of hotels and apartments all within close proximity of the conference venue. The special rates listed will be open until 12 September 2025 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel and not by AACB or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact InHouse Event solutions on the below details to request an invoice and/or credit card authority form. 

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.
