Oral, Hot Topic and Poster Awards

AACB will be awarding up to three prizes for:

Each receives an award certificate and a voucher valued at AUD$1000 to go towards an AACB education activity and/or membership.

Prizes will be presented during the Closing Ceremony.

Conditions of Awards:

The submitting author must indicate on the abstract portal that the presenting author wishes to be considered for a prize.
Abstracts designated as “industry” are ineligible.
The award is made to the presenting author of the best proffered abstract in each prize category.
The presenting author must be a financial member of the AACB at the time of the award.
AACB Executive and SPC members are not eligible for an award, but may be a co-author on the abstract.
The awardee should not have received an award in the preceding 12 months or from the last ASM (whichever is longer).
The award will be judged by members of the Scientific Program Committee based on the publicised rubric.
