InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the AACB 59th Annual Scientific Conference.

Accommodation is now on request only. 

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel and not by AACB or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please download the credit card authority form which will be attached to your confirmation email or contact InHouse Event solutions on the below details to request an invoice once you have received confirmation. 

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.
