Please note: The 2023 course is an in-person meeting only (there will be no live streaming available); but sessions will be recorded. A fee will apply for non-delegates to gain online access (this replaces the purchase of course notes, now providing you with access to online recordings as well as PDF course notes).The online access fee will be available shortly. Recordings will not be available until after the course.

Inclusions

Full Registration includes: course notes (folder of notes OR on USB), satchel, name badge, access to all sessions, tea breaks, lunches and Welcome Drinks (Mon), and access to recorded sessions post course (until 31 Dec 2023).
Full Workplace Registration^ includes: course notes on USB and name badge under organisation name, access to sessions, tea breaks, lunches and Welcome Drinks ticket (Mon), and access to recorded sessions post course (until 31 Dec 2023).
Day Registration includes: course notes on nominated day/s (hardcopy notes OR on USB), access to sessions on nominated day/s, name badge, tea breaks and lunch on nominated day/s.

^Shared workplace registration will be under the organisation name and can be shared between staff from the same organisation. Only one person at a time can attend under the shared registration eg. 2 people per day, sharing a half day each or 1 person per day. A separate badge will be provided to each delegate. A USB of notes is provided to be shared. (folder of notes and satchels are not provided under this registration). Names of those attending will be required.

Terms & Conditions

The registration fee must be paid in AUD respective of your country of origin. For overseas payments, bank fees must be covered in your payment.
As the event is taking place in NZ, a 15% GST applies and is included in the registration fee.
Payment may be made by credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Amex*) or invoice (bank transfer) in AUD only. *A surcharge applies for Amex.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice and all registration payments must be received before the start of the course.

Cancellation policy:

A full refund will be made on those received before 1st January 2023.
No refunds will be made on cancellations after 1st January 2023, however the ticket is transferable to a substitute from the same organisation.
All cancellations must be received in writing to AACB at conference@aacb.asn.au.
Completion of the online registration form signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the Course. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the meeting, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Organisers, AACB, and the secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.

Registrants attend the course at their own risk. The Australasia Association for Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine (AACB), the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia, the conference organisers and secretariat are not liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, claims or liabilities suffered or incurred by registrants including consequential or indirect losses or loss of profit through registering for the conference, attending the conference, cancellation of the conference, failure of the conference to achieve your expectations, or for any error or omission by AACB.

The AACB, the conference organisers and secretariat will not accept liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the meeting or related events.
