*Corporate Shared Registration
This registration will be under the organisation name and can be shared with staff from the same organisation. This provides the organisation with ONE login only, and you can share the screen to watch the session as a group.  Max. group size is 5 people at any one time. Note: please note that a certificate & CPD points is not provided for this registration type. A record of the groups hours and sessions attended can be provided (if required) but it is up to the individual group members to keep track and manually record their hours.  


Full Registration includes:

  • access to over 40 live and pre-recorded sessions
  • participation in the daily interactive quiz covering topics of the day
  • opportunity to Meet the examiners & discuss the exam process
  • access to download course materials & presentation slides (as course notes)
  • connect with presenters and delegates via our virtual networking and meeting hub
  • receive CPD points (attendance certificates will be emailed to delegates post meeting)
  • access to the session recordings, up to 30 June 2021.

Day Registration includes:

  • access to live and pre-recorded sessions on registered day/s
  • participation in the daily interactive quiz covering topics of the day
  • access to download course materials & presentation slides for your registered day/s (as course notes) 
  • connect with presenters and delegates via our virtual networking and meeting hub on registered day/s
  • receive CPD points (attendance certificates will be emailed to delegates post meeting)
  • access to the session recordings (for your registered day only), up to 30 June 2021.


Terms & Conditions

  1. The registration fee must be paid in AUD respective of your country of origin.  For overseas payments, bank fees must be covered in your payment.
  2. Payment may be made by credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Diners) or invoice (bank transfer) in AUD only.
  3. All registration payments must be received before the start of the course. Access will not be given to the platform until payment has been received.
  4. Cancellation policy:
    • A full refund will be made on those received before 1st January 2021.
    • No refunds will be made on cancellations after 1st January 2021, however the ticket is transferable to a substitute from the same organisation.
    • No refunds will be granted for non attendance, or any other incidents during the course, which are beyond the control of the organisers.
    • All cancellations must be received in writing to AACB at conference@aacb.asn.au.
  5. Completion of the online registration form signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Access

AACB & RCPA will not be held liable, nor will a refund be optional if delegates, sponsors, or speakers are unable to access, connect or have difficulty with internet connection, sound or visuals when participating in the virtual 2021 RCPA AACB Chemical Pathology Course. AACB & RCPA will provide information on how to access the virtual 2021 RCPA AACB Chemical Pathology Course, however delegates acknowledge that AACB & RCPA is not responsible for their IT connection or any issues caused by settings on devices used to access the virtual 2021 RCPA AACB Chemical Pathology Course, and delegates will endeavour to solve these issues with advice from their organisations IT support/suppliers of the devices they are using, and further acknowledge that AACB & RCPA is not required to provide IT support services in association with the virtual meeting.

Indemnity

Should, for any reason outside the control of AACB & RCPA, the speakers change or the event be cancelled, AACB & RCPA will endeavour to reschedule where possible. In this instance the delegate will indemnify and hold AACB & RCPA harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses. AACB & RCPA does not accept responsibility for, and the presenters and authors indemnifies AACB & RCPA against, any costs or charges incurred by the presenters and authors in the process of participating in the virtual 2021 RCPA AACB Chemical Pathology Course.
