Welcome to the registration form for the virtual ASDG 2022 Interim Scientific Meeting. It is important to read all the information on the website before you commence. Please note all prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

  • Please ensure you have read and understood the Registration Terms and Conditions as provided on the course website.
  • All information should be typed in upper and lower case (eg John Smith). 
  • Please use the 'Tab' key to move from one field to the next. 
  • As you complete the details on each page, click 'Next' to proceed to the next section. 
  • You will have the opportunity to review and edit any registration detail before the final stage of confirmation and payment.

InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the ASDG 2021 Interim Scientific Meeting.


Various accommodation options have been negotiated at Rydges Sydney Central,the meeting venue and Vibe Hotel Sydney which is within close proximity. 

The special rates listed will be open until 24 February 2022 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel and not by HGSA, AACB or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact InHouse Event solutions on the below details to request an invoice and/or credit card authority form. 

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

1 night's accommodation will be charged by the Hotel at approximately 30 days prior to arrival. The credit card used to guarantee this reservation will be charged in the case of deposit payments/cancellation and/or non arrival at the Hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions. Guests will be asked to pay the full balance of accommodation upon check in and any incidentals will be charged upon check out Rates apply to single, twin and double occupancy per room, are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST. Rates are applicable for up to 2 guests (rate includes only 1 breakfast).charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice. A surcharge applies to all card transactions. NAME CHANGES: are allowed until day of arrival. CANCELLATION: Within 30 – 15 days one day cancellation fee will be charged by the hotel. Within 14 – 0 days the full booking fee will be charged by the hotel. No shows - 100% of total accommodation per room will be charged. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions. PAYMENT: If a third party is paying for any accommodation costs and the Hotel has not received the correct paperwork and/or payment for an invoice sent by your arrival date you shall be asked to pay for accommodation prior to check in.

A delegate list may be provided electronically to participating sponsors. The list will include the name, organisation and state/country of delegates who have consented to their information being included on the list and have registered at the time of distribution.  This also relates to the Conference App and Virtual Platform where these details will also be included on the app / virtual platform if consent is provided. Note: you can update your opt in or out option on the conference app at any time, once open. If you opt out only your first name and initial will appear in the app / virtual platform.
