InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the ASDG 2024 Interim Scientific Meeting.

Accommodation rooms have been negotiated at Crowne Plaza Queenstown (the meeting venue). The special rates listed will be open until 20 February 2024 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged immediately. Payment for accommodation will be charged by the hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions and not by HGSA, AACB Services or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact InHouse Event solutions on the below details to request an invoice and/or credit card authority form.

The hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly below, to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

Between 30-15 days prior to arrival one nights cancellation charged.
Between 14-0 days prior to arrival 100% of total accommodation per room will be charged for cancelled bookings and/or any amendments that reduce room nights.
No shows - 100% of total accommodation per room will be charged.
All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions.
The credit card used to guarantee this reservation will be charged in the case of deposit payment, cancellation and/or non arrival at the Hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions.
The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay.
Guests will be asked to pay the full balance of accommodation upon check in and any incidentals will be charged upon check out.
Rates apply to single, twin and double occupancy per room, are expressed in New Zealand dollars per night and are inclusive of GST.
All subsidiary charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice.
A surcharge applies to all card transactions.
If a third party is paying for your accommodation please ensure all correct paperwork and/or invoices have been returned/paid prior to check in.
If the Hotel has not received this information you will be asked to settle your accommodation costs upon arrival.
