Welcome

Join us for the Australasian Society of Diagnostic Genomics (ASDG) 2024 Interim Scientific Meeting which will be held in Queenstown, New Zealand from Friday 22nd March to Sunday 24 March 2024.

With the theme of “Whaowhia te kete mātauranga – Fill the basket of knowledge” the meeting will showcase current experts and emerging leaders of diagnostic genomics in Australasia. The program will run over three days, providing keynote presentations, opportunities for submitted oral presentations and posters, networking functions and an industry display.

This will be the fourth independent meeting of ASDG, a special interest group of the Human Genetics Society of Australasia (HGSA). The Society was formed by the merger of Australasian Society of Cytogeneticists (ASoC) and Molecular Genetics Society of Australisia (MGSA). The bi-annual conference is the preferred meeting for a significant number of genomic scientists from Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. The meeting is well attend by senior scientists and laboratory managers, as well as junior scientists.

The meeting will be held at Crowne Plaza Queenstown, located in the heart of vibrant Queenstown. Social events include a welcome reception on Friday evening in the trade display and a dinner on Saturday night, at a Queenstown favourite, Blue Kanu Restaurant.

We look forward to welcoming you to Queenstown, NZ in 2024.
