ACCOMMODATION

Please note that the below hotels are located close to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for the main conference. If you are attending the CMS Satellite Meeting after you may select to move to a closer hotel (Art Series the Larwill and the Mercure North Melbourne) which will be available lower on this page. Please note that we only have rooms at these two properties from the 16th to the 20th September.

Accommodation

InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the AACB 63rd Annual Scientific Conference 2026.

On behalf of attendees of the conference, special accommodation rates have been negotiated at a range of hotels and apartments all within close proximity of the conference venue. The special rates listed will be open until 12 August 2026 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel and not by AACB or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact InHouse Event solutions on the below details to request an invoice and/or credit card authority form. 

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.
