InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the AACB 60th Annual Scientific Conference 2023.

On behalf of attendees of the conference, special accommodation rates have been negotiated at a range of hotels and apartments all within close proximity of the conference venue. The special rates listed will be open until 12 September 2023 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel and not by AACB or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact InHouse Event solutions on the below details to request an invoice and/or credit card authority form. 

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

CANCELLATION: Within 30-14 days prior to arrival date every room night cancelled will incur a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation. Within 14-0 days prior to arrival date every room night cancelled will incur a full cancellation fee of 100% accommodation. No shows - 100% of total accommodation per room will be charged. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions. The credit card used to guarantee this reservation will be charged in the case of deposit payment, cancellation and/or non arrival at the Hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions. The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay. Guests will be asked to pay the full balance of accommodation upon check in and any incidentals will be charged upon check out. Rates apply to single, twin and double occupancy per room, are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST. Rates are applicable for up to 2 guests. Extra person charge is $70 per night. All subsidiary charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice. A surcharge applies to all card transactions. If a third party is paying for your accommodation please ensure all correct paperwork and/or invoices have been returned/paid prior to check in.
